Hudson Fieldhouse offers a private, high-quality training environment designed to provide a premium experience for both athletes and their parents. The facility has an open concept to allow for multi-sport training. The batting cage net hangs as a canopy from the 25’ ceiling and is lowered and raised via an electronic winch. The ground floor of our facility is covered in premier turf for a multi-sport, non-slip surface where athletes can safely train and compete. Our spacious mezzanine provides a comfortable place for parents to relax while their kids train or play. Mezzanine features include: leather couch, refrigerator, 65” TV, free Wi-Fi/Netflix/Amazon/Hulu access, free coffee and free bottled water. Our mezzanine also contains free arcade games for athletes and families to enjoy.
We have a large variety of sports equipment available at the Fieldhouse for guests to use, free of charge. This includes: Premium Batting Cage, Pitching Machine, Pitching Mound, Hitting Tees, Bats, Baseballs, Softballs, Sliding Mat, Soccer Balls, Soccer Goal, Lacrosse Balls, Lacrosse Net, Footballs, Flag Football belts and flags, Football tackle wheel and tackle dummy, Wiffleball bats and balls, Dodgeballs, Norbench Pro all-in-one gym, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, and Medicine Balls. A HitTrax System is available for use at an additional charge.
Access to the Fieldhouse is controlled by a keypad located next to the front door. When you book a session at the Hudson Fieldhouse you will receive an automated text message that contains a six-digit code. You can use this code to enter the facility at your selected date and time. The code will not work prior to your selected date and time. The door locks automatically when you leave, so don’t worry about securing the facility at the end of your session.
There are two ways to do this. You can enroll directly in ongoing group lessons by clicking on the “Book Your Session” tab on the home page, and then selecting the group lessons option for either Tuesday or Thursday. The second option is to click on the “Pre-Registration” option under the 216 Academy Lessons Tab. Fill in the required fields and hit “submit”. Coach Stotter will contact you to discuss options for future lessons.
If you enroll in our 216 Academy group baseball or softball lessons, there will be a coach present to train your athlete. If you book a Fieldhouse Party, a staff member will be present to assist you and your guests with the facility and equipment. If you book a HitTrax Session, a staff member can be present upon request to provide you with instructions on how to use the equipment. If you book an individual or team session, the space will be fully prepared and ready for your use, but no staff members will be on site during your session.
Only Fieldhouse parties are scheduled in two-hour blocks. All other Fieldhouse sessions are booked in one-hour blocks. If you wish to book a two-hour team or individual session, you may book back-to-back one-hour sessions. There are no half-hour sessions available at the Fieldhouse.
Generally, access to the fieldhouse for parties is limited to the exact two-hour period you have booked. However, if no one has booked the facility for the hour prior to your scheduled party you may arrive 15 minutes early and a staff member will provide you early access for purposes of set-up. We cannot guarantee this access, and a calendar is available on our website to check on availability.
No, we do not serve or provide food at the Fieldhouse. However, you are welcome to bring food into the facility for your party or team sessions. We provide paper plates, silverware, table clothes, napkins, free bottled water and coffee. There are also jars filled with free candy located in the mezzanine for children to enjoy. Please refrain from the use of gum or seeds in the Fieldhouse. No smoking or vaping is permitted.
Yes, there is a handicap accessible, private restroom at the Fieldhouse available to all guests.
Yes, weather permitting, you are welcome to open the large garage door at the Fieldhouse to enjoy the fresh air. We ask that you please close the garage door before leaving. Please keep all party guests in the facility and out of the parking lot for safety reasons.
